Your Privacy As You Browse No personal information is collected by pcPix.com as you browse this site. We do not use cookies or other technologies to track your actions. We do not write any information to your computer, or extract any information from it. We do not associate any of your information with sources from other companies.

Uses of Information Only your active participation controls your experience at pcPix.com. There is no directed advertising. We will not email you due to your visiting our site unless you first email us otherwise explicitly provide your email address. We do not obtain addresses for our email list from third parties. Every mailing to our list includes clear instructions for immediate removal. We do not provide our mailing list, information about site visitors, or lists of business contacts to anyone unless required by law. We retain as little information as the law allows.

Your Privacy As A Portrait Customer If you become a customer of pcPix.com and we do a photo session with you, the copyright to your photographs will be the property of pcPix.com and/or your photographer. However, neither pcPix.com nor your photographer has the legal right to use such images without your permission, as granted in a Model Release, so your images will not be used by pcPix.com or other parties without your explicit consent. If you choose to review your proofs via the Web, the proofs from your photo shoot will be posted on this site but at an address (such as www.pcpix.com/se4929) that would take a determined effort to find. No link to your pictures will be placed elsewhere on pcPix.com, and your proofs will be removed as soon as you've chosen your photographs.

Your Privacy In A Public Place As mentioned on our baseball page, pcPix.com sometimes attends sporting events held in public places and takes photographs, intending to post them on pcPix.com for purchase, primarily by the players involved, their parents, families and coaches. While the places we take the pictures are public, the persons pictured are private. Therefore, any person who wishes a picture of themselves, or the minor children for whom they are responsible, removed from the pcPix.com site need only notify us and the pictures will be removed immediately. If you see us photographing an event and do not wish yourself and/or your minor child's pictures on pcPix.com, let us know and we will do our very best to avoid any such images from being taken and/or posted. The only use to which we put these images is selling them here, in a manner designed to serve the persons photographed, their friends and families, and your privacy is of paramount importance to us. As with portrait images, pcPix.com will not use photographs of sporting events which contain recognizable images of people without first obtaining explicit permission and a signed Model Release, so don't worry that a photograph taken by pcPix.com and appearing temporarily on the pcPix.com website will be used commercially. This would violate both the law and pcPix.com policy.
